Returns are always welcome, since our products are guaranteed for life. Simply email us at support@FibreWallet.com and we'll walk you through the process.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and a refund will be processed. After the original 30 days of order the product will only be eligible for a replacement Wallet. Defective products will be eligible for one Replacement product(of the same of lesser value) once the product is received at our Shipping center and deemed defective.
